See why people love this Sable Inflatable Pool…

I love this swimming pool! I have two toddlers home, the swimming pool is a good size for them. It has plenty of room for them to play inside. The material seems to be strong and it’s easy to inflate and deflate the pool! For the price, I am happy with the pool.

This Family Inflatable Pool is much bigger than I thought. I used an Inflatable pump to fill it in less than three minutes, very light and easy to carry. My family loves it!

I ordered this for my wife and I to just sit back and relax in when it gets hot out. She loves it and it’s very easy to inflate thanks to the one-way check valves. The drain tube elbow is a plus and makes draining easy. Overall, perfect for adults to sit back and relax after a long day.

Make sure safety comes first this summer with these life jackets for all!

I purchased one similar from target last year and just got another one for a back up. Target is $45 and has cup holders. The kids love it!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks, Jenn! I’ll look for those!

      • lindsay

The target $45 pool is back in stock this morning! Just ordered one!

  2. Laura

Thank you for posting this. I would love it if you would keep us posted when bigger pools are in stock! Thank you!!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

      We sure will, Laura!

I was lucky enough to score a 18′ x 48″ easy set pool from Walmart for $365 a couple of weeks ago. I literally had to just stalk the website as they periodically came back in stock. There was 3 in stock when I quickly added it to check out. After I checked out the other 2 were already gone. Right now there is a higher demand for pools since lots of public pools will be closed this year. The manufacturers are likely having trouble keeping up with that demand.

  3. TWood

I got this a few weeks ago on Walmart for $45

  4. Kate G.

I have this one and love it! Mine has 2 cup holders and is awesome!!

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks for the feedback and glad to hear you love it!

  5. mari

I just bought a slightly bigger one with cupholders, built in bench from Academy for $35! This one is outrageously overpriced.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks, mari! I’m looking, but everything looks sold out right now.

  6. Rachel Pearson

Wow. It’s insane how the prices of pools are inflated this year. I bought this same pool for around $40 last summer. I can’t find a metal support pool at all for less than $1,000. Maybe it’s because they are all made in China and they were shut down so long or because they are all in high demand. Maybe it’s a mixture of both? Idk but I can’t see paying that much for a disposable pool.

    • Harvest

We were researching pools in February and found our dream pool… then all of a sudden they sold out and were on EBay and Amazon for triple the price! Madness! We’ll be waiting until next summer.

  7. Kelly

This particular brand is always more expensive. I cannot account that it is a better quality like it claims. Anyway, I bought an Intex just like this last year. Thought it would be awesome. With just my 2yo playing in it, got a hole I could not find. Spent hours trying to find and patch. Blew it up and let her play til it went down for the rest of the summer, then threw it away. Hope everyone else has better luck.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thank you for your honest feedback, Kelly! I’m sorry to hear it just didn’t last well.

I never have luck with inflatable pools! They last my boys a few days. I got them a plastic one from Kroger for $10 this year…they hold up the whole summer at least. This particular pool is way overpriced though. Try in store before paying these ridiculous prices. I’ve seen them at Walgreens, Kroger, Sams, & Walmart just in the last week.

  8. Michelle

How do you keep these clean throughout the summer? Do you replace the water daily or treat the water, etc…..

    • Rebecca

I bought a cheap cover, it doesn’t fit perfectly but helps some. Other than that, just frequently changing the water, no more than a WK between. Wish there was some tablets or something but I’m unaware of anything.

    • Lana

When our kids were growing up we put a little bleach in it after each days play. It evaporated by the next day and we could go three or four days on a fill dish f they didn’t go on m with dirty feet. For that we put a dish pan of water to step in before getting in the pool.

  9. Rebecca

Like many are saying, I bought a similar one (with a bench & cup holders) for under $40 last year. Lasted all summer, made it through a big move, and still going strong.

  10. Shonna

Just bought this at Target online Thursday for $45 and received it today!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

      Awesome buy!

  11. Darla

I live alone with no children. I would love one of these but I live on a corner and I think the neighbors would think I’m a little nutty! LOL😂😂

    • Amber

      Or they’d be jealous…!

    • Kate G.

One of my neighbors saw my daughter and I playing in it and said she wished she had little kids so she would have an excuse to get one 🤣

    • Karen

Hi Darla, I would go ahead and but one for yourself. So whatever your neighbors might think of you, you shouldn’t even worry about it! I am 67 years young and have been known to purchase a wading pool to keep myself cool when temps get up into 90’s+ here in sunny California. I say go for it, it’s your life let your inner child come out to play !

    • Lana

After all the kids left home my late MIL bought herself a kiddie pool every summer and spent every day in it all summer!

  12. Jess

I got The Sun Squad one from Target for $40. Set my out of stock alert and one phone binged at 2am, score! It took a week for me to be quick enough to purchase once it came back in stock. Don’t give up if you want to catch it at a reasonable price!

    • Sarah

So funny bc my alert went off at 4:30 am and I grabbed a rectangle pool! Did you get the watermelon confetti one? If so lmk what you think. I have my eye on it but my kids are 9 and 11. Not sure it’s big enough?

  13. frugal-fit-sexy

All pool have inflated pricing. We just purchased an about ground oval pool. Last year we priced it out at $7500, this year we just paid $10000 for the same pool. Chinese tariffs alone with supply and demand drove up the pricing.

I am sure this is legit because scammers on Amazon are not very common. But I want to warn everybody about a scam that I and thousands of people in the U.S. have been a victim of. One of the items that the scam website sells is an inflatable pool. But that’s not the only thing they sell. I bought an induction burner from them.

Here is how they operate. They have a professional appearing website with a U.S. address and phone number and two or more “American” names as contacts. But they are actually in China and they are scamming people left and right. They either don’t ship you anything or they ship you a package of smiley stickers or a golf pencil. They provide a tracking number from UPS or USPS but the number has nothing to do with you or your address with the exception of the people who are getting smiley stickers. That is a different dispute and Paypal is denying those customers as well. Most are different addresses in your city but some people are getting tracking for other states.

The only way you can pay for the merchandise is through Paypal who have “Buyer Protection”. But when you file a dispute the scammer sends the tracking number with no other information as to where it was shipped or what was shipped. Because Paypal seems to think that a fake tracking number is enough information from the seller they close your dispute. You can’t open a closed case so you can’t get your money back.

There are hundreds of reports on the Better Business Bureau website and they have an open investigation into it. Most of us victims have filed reports with the Attorney General, the BBB, our local police department, and the Federal Trade Commission. Despite all of this information and the fact that Paypal allows this to continue to empower the scammers, they refuse to cut ties with them because they are making so much money. Defenders of Paypal say there are hundreds of these websites and they can’t keep up with all of them. But when you have thousands of disputes from one website alone it might be time to sever ties. The scammers that I was a victim to already have a second fake website so they are double-dipping.

I have been buying merchandise online for over twenty years and have never been scammed. The lesson I have taken from this is to do a search for the business name on the website before you order anything. There are multiple sources/websites/blogs that list numerous scam websites with stories from victims. I wish I had known about this beforehand. I am trying to file a dispute with Chase to contest the charge but because of the pandemic all branches are closed. I called the 800 number and was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes then it disconnected me. Scammers are using the pandemic to ramp things up and create more fake websites because they know everything will be more difficult to contest.
Sorry, this was so long but it is a multi-faceted scam!

    • April

Oh no. I’m so sorry this happened to you. I hope it all gets resolved soon. Best wishes.

      • akajulz

Thanks. If I can’t get Chase to back me I have one more idea. We have a local news channel that helps people get their money back in a myriad of instances. Paypal headquarters is a 10 minute drive from my house so it really hits home.

  16. Sara

I just bought a 10ft by 6ft by 22in rectangular pool from Aldi for $23. I’m excited to fill it up (although I’m a little scared of how big it is since we will be using it at my MIL’s house). I’m not sure if that is what she had in mind when she invited me to buy a kiddie pool for the grandkids to use at her house. Hopefully it will all work out and the tip will be helpful to another reader.

Ordered it from target! Thank you!!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! You’re welcome! This is gone for me now from both Amazon and Target. DARN!
