Stetson discovers an unlikely flavor duo at Walmart! 🍊🍒🍋 + 🍪

Nabisco recently released a new version of their popular Chips Ahoy! cookies that are packed with pieces of Sour Patch Kids candy and we put Stetson up to the challenge of trying them. 🤔

This sweet & sour combination of Chips Ahoy! Cookies with Sour Patch Kids Candy proved to be a unique combination that was unlike anything he’d had before – and guess what? He wasn’t a fan! 😬

If you’re interested in finding out if your kids like them or not – hurry! They are a limited edition so that means they’re only going to be available for a short time.

Here’s Stetson’s take on this unique flavor combination…

“Chips Ahoy! and Sour Patch Kids are two of my favorite snacks – but not together. 😝  This ‘sweet meets sour’ burst of flavor is one cookie collab that didn’t pair well. Imagine biting into a classic crispy Chips Ahoy! cookie while simultaneously chewing a mouthful of Sour Patch Kids. This was flavor overload. I definitely wasn’t a fan of the combination.”

These limited edition Chips Ahoy! Cookies are now available at Walmart for just $2.56 and at Target where they’re only a few cents more priced at $2.69.

If shopping at Walmart, you can score $1 cash back from Ibotta when buying these cookies (limit 5). This makes them only $1.56!

Add a package to your grocery list this week for a sweet new treat and something fun for the kids (and you) to try! Be sure to come back and let us know what you think.

Sour Patch Kids doesnโ€™t need to collab with anyone! The cereal was awful! The Gogurt was awful! Iโ€™m not surprised that the cookies were โ€œstrike three.โ€

    • Barbara

My kids loved the sour patch gogurt. lol.

      • Allison

My son hasnโ€™t liked any of the SPC collabs. My nephew did like them though lol

    • Erin

My kids love the Go-Gurt! But I wouldn’t waste the money on the cereal, cookies, ice cream, etc.

  3. JanaEM

Haha! This sounds so gross. I would however buy them for my young nephews. They love trying crazy things. Also.. just wondering.. who is Stetson?

Mikey….I mean Stetson you save me tons of money. I try anything if it looks cute or different. Most times I’m left felling like I could have went my whole life without tasting that….LOL

  10. Tracy S

Question, do these have actual sour patch kids in them, or chips that taste like them?

  11. kellyluvsdealz

Why they even thought this was a good idea is beyond me

  12. Brian

Bought a pack about a week ago. They aren’t good but i kept eating them.

  13. Elizabeth

I saw this suggested when I was doing my Walmart grocery pickup list and thought mmm I don’t think so! And that’s even being pregnant!

  14. mhoundy

My son loves the ice cream! I tried it too, it actually good. Canโ€™t wait to try the cookies!

  15. Jade

The cookies are so gross! We love the cereal and the gogurts in our house though. These were an epic fail for us.

  16. Sara

I bought them about 3 weeks ago for the kids to trying them. One of my kids is a picky eater, and he was the one who pretty much ate them all. I haven’t try them myself.

  17. M

People have been mixing sour patch kids with random things since the 1990s so I am not surprised they are trying to market it. Though sour patch kids with Hawaiian punch is way better for flavor.

  18. PrincessMom

Ok they DO sound gross but Iโ€™m going to see if I can get a package of them to include in the โ€œfood and snacksโ€ package Iโ€™m putting together for my stepsons new apartment. He likes sour patch kids as much as I do and heโ€™s never let anything sounding weird stop him from trying it ๐Ÿ˜‚

  19. djude83

    I actually like them.

  20. Jeff

Adult son bought them. 2/3 said yuck. Though 1 in 3 or 4 seems to love them.
