On the fence? Check out these reviews…

Since I have no cable, just WiFi, this was the perfect way to watch Netflix, Hulu and tons of free channels. It’s super easy to set up, less than 15 mins.

I love this and I wish I bought it sooner! I returned the cable box in my bedroom 5 years ago because I refused to pay all that extra money for a cable box. $12 a month adds up… This has plenty of free apps and a nice selection of free movies. The movie apps that do cost money have discount codes so you can save a few bucks on a movie from time to time!

Thanks for posting. I’ve been looking to grab a second one for my daughter’s t.v.

      You bet, Tara!

While I enjoy my roku, I’m not happy that it tends to overheat quite easily. Typically just with the prime video app for some reason. Anything I try watching in 4k quality on prime video it overheats. I have the roku streaming stick +

    Anyone else have this issue?

    • D

No. I’ve been a ROKU user for many years and I have them all over my house, including a ROKU TV. Never had one overheat. Sorry that has happened to you. I really like the platform for streaming.

Do you plug the power source into the tv or the wall?

    • Melissa

Yes all the time or it doesn’t turn on or the volume gets all crackly.

    Does this play HBO MAX?
