I just bought 6 BUT every single time I have ever ordered anything through Yankee Candle during a sale an item or two gets cancelled…including this time.
Involved actually CALLING in and dealing with customer service for 15 minutes. 🤮 (Sorry I’m Gen Z and that is just so grotesque to me).

Wow! Nothing has EVER been cancelled from my orders and I’ve placed some big ones with lots of clearance items that were selling out! I also hate dealing with customer service unnecessarily but I will say YC has great service. Once I ordered a glass candle holder with metal trees that I didn’t notice was cracked untill weeks later when my six year saw it and immediately pointed it out. 🤦🏽♀️ I figured I was out of luck but they replaced it quickly, no issues. I didn’t even have to send the cracked one back.
I’ve been ordering online for years and have had zero issues with items cancelled. Bath and Body Works, on the other hand, is a much different story.
Happily ordered some candles! 🙂
