Research with lavender suggests it can help calm people and deal with anxiety, depression and insomnia. I don’t mind the smell! It would be nice to have some other options though 😕
I really had my heart set on buying the Warmies lamb the other day until I read reviews on Amazon. I decided against it. One reviewer said they put it in the microwave and worms started coming out! I’d encourage anyone to read the reviews before purchasing.
I have purchased 2 this year, a frog and elephant. Both are nice, and the heat lasts a long time. I was using one at the office and one at home. The lavender smell is strong, but it does dissipate as time goes on fortunately. It is actual organic lavender, and not a fake scent, so that to me is better. I prefer the frog as I sit with it on my bad hip (it “fits” better).
