I see mulch prices went up from last year. There were several sales for $2 a bag but I haven’t seen any thins year for 2 cu ft.

I bought over a hundred bags of mulch for $2 each two weeks ago at Lowe’s.

        Thanks!

The have $2 bags of mulch at Walmart. It’s what I buy every year. I don’t need to add more every year but I do just as a refresher

        Thanks!

Check a local supplier. We got an 8 ft truck bed completely full for $16.50. Just line the truck bed with tarp so it doesn’t make a mess in your truck. It’s at least half the price as the bag stuff at lowes, and you don’t end up with 30 plastic bags to hurt the environment.

        Great idea! Thanks!

Yes! Agree about bulk being cheaper and more environmentally friendly!

I generally don’t need a truck 95% of the time, but this is one where I’d need a truck! We do have at least one local place that sells mulch like that, although it’s all colored mulch and I’ve gotten away from using colored mulch the last few years. I wish I had a way to avoid the bags without loading my car up with dirty mulch! LOL!

The bags of mulch that were on sale at Lowe’s last week were 2 cu ft. bags for $2 here. You might want to check your local store.

That brown mulch was 5 for 10.00 at my lowest yesterday. I picked up 20 bags for 40.00.

Thanks for commenting, Mitch! I find that price listed in my ad as well. The post has been updated!

      Thanks!

Haha, both the mulch and the garden soil are just under $10 a bag for me. Hard no.
