Is anyone else no longer receiving coupons from the coupon machine or even printing out on your register receipt? This is the 3rd week now I have had nothing in my app except “app only” offers. No more save $5 if spend $20 on any shave products for example☹️. Extra Care customer service was of no help. Thank you Hip2Save for all you do!! So appreciate all your hard work!
Have you tried updating your CVS app? I wasn’t receiving any free item coupons and those $2 of $10 coupons (as an example) and they appear after I updated my CVS app. Hope this helps.

Yes! The same thing is happening to me and it is maddening. I tried calling customer support but the wait was too long.I ended up emailing but haven’t gotten a response yet.
That happened to me for about 2 or 3 years. I asked at the store, and tried calling customer service, but I was never getting more than about one a week. Then all of a sudden, I started getting them again about 4 or 5 months ago — I have no idea why?!!
This exact thing happened to me as well. I stopped going to CVS for a few months and when I bought the next time, I started getting RMQ again. I do not get $4 off $20 (or similar anymore though). The shaving ones someone mentioned, I was getting up until about 4 weeks ago, but none since.
I have only found one coupon kiosk that will generate coupons for me on Sunday. For all other kiosks, I have to wait until Tuesday to print them. You may also need to contact Extracare support and ensure that the coupon printing flag has not be locked and to have it reset if it is.
FYI ibotta has a $1 cash back for All detergent so it comes out to $.99 I love this app! Thank you for all you do 😊

I just looked at the $1 All offer, and its only valid at Walmart, Kroger or Albertson’s.
Ok, you got my curiosity up! So, I went to Ibotta to check on this. I searched through the CVS listings for the all detergent. It is good there and about 15 other stores. I just had to look through the CVS part to find it. Verified!
Lucky! the only thing I have under the household category is Energizer batteries, CLR, Snuggle & Renuzit. I even double checked through the “For You” “What’s Hot” and “New Offers” categories, and nada. what’s odd is I don’t even have Albertson’s & Kroger in my area!!
Also Rite Aide has the same offer.
I may have missed this but the $2 coupon off pads, tampons, and liners is coming off of CVS health cleansing cloths. They are $2.89 making them .89 in-store or online.
