I am able to locate all the coupons. but mine 7000 points is with $45 purchase, it is still applied with this purchase. But how did you Get back 52,640 Balance Rewards Points ? (7000 + 15000 + 20000 =42000) +the earned from purchase, it should be about 42640, right? I added 3 Crest Gum & Enamel Repair Toothpaste, after the B2G1 and coupons, my total was $53 + Tax. (It should be save for the rebate) and I will earn 42780 rewards. Final cost will be free, but no money maker.

Sometimes, you won’t see bonus points show up until after your items have shipped.
If you pay with points, will you make any points?
My understanding is any portion of the order paid with points is not eligible for points.

I can’t find the 5000 points on $25 digital purchase
On my cart page it says I will get back 57,870 in points, but when I go to the order page, it says I only have 22,870. So, I am wary to order. Anyone else have this?
My order also showed this. My understanding the “bonus points” don’t post on your account until after your order is shipped. Or at least, that is how it worked for me on previous orders.

When I chatted with customer service, they said that what is on the payment screen is what is accurate. However, she said that I can contact them after it is shipped to see if there is an error.
I still haven’t received my rebate ($15 visa card when spend $50) from February 2020. That was for pamper diapers. I talked to Walgreens customer service they don’t know any thing about rebate. I tried to contact p&g rebate but phone lines are closed. I don’t know what to do now?
Since the normal time frame is 6 – 8 weeks, I’m guessing the pandemic has slowed things down. The only thing I can find is a phone number to call: 1-855-811-7022 to check the status of your rebate.

Thanks for sharing this deal! By the time I saw it, the 6$ moisturizer was gone, but I was still able to buy the other two items, 2 each, for 52$ after coupons. I got back 52000 points on this order, which surprised me; but I think the breakdown is like this: 20000/60$ online order, 7000 on 25$, 15000/50$ olay promotional, and 2x 5000/25$ beauty purchase. Hopefully I can still apply for the PG rebate of 5$ on 20$ purchase, since I didn’t make the 50$ threshold after coupons. Still, it’s free stuff and great deal!

I’m having a similar issue. In the checkout cart it is showing 43,000 points. But when I go to the final order page, it’s only showing up as 8,000pts. I’m hesitant to order. Thoughts?
Yours sounds like the same issue I was having – a 35,000 point difference. If you are paying at least $60, you should qualify for the 20,000 points. As long as you purchased at least $50 in beauty, you should qualify for 15,000. I am hoping I will show up on my account. I took a screen shot of the cart point total, so if I have to contact customer service, I at least have that to show.

The same thing happened to me. There was a deal with crest mouthwash, pantene & shavers that I was supposed to get 43,000 points, I can’t find the post fron July 9, My order shipped and only got 3,000 points, don’t know what happened. also in my order it said points earned 3000, when I placed the ordered it said points pending were like 32,000 can’t remember. Don’t know why. Might have to return everthing.
