The codes (FREESHIP and SAVE10) are listed under “Not Applied” on my cart page. The only option says “remove” ??? However, the coupon for the shampoo is listed under “Applied” and working but that’s it. 🙁

The codes worked for me. You have to be signed in for them to apply. I actually had to sign in twice. One with my rewards # to clip the coupons and the second at checkout with my email. Got 9 items for under $20 with free shipping!
I tried to place another order with FREESHIP, and it wouldn’t work. So, I called and was told the FREESHIP code is good for one use on each account. Darn! Wish I had combined my items.

Coupons worked and free shipping worked. I paid with PayPal and my receipt from PayPal says $6.19. This isn’t correct, do you know if it will correct itself when free shipping kicks into play??
My paypal receipt showed the precoupon amount too. When I checked the activity on PayPal’s website it showed the correct amount.
The freeship code did not work until I signed into my account, btw.
