This product was horrible, cheaply made. The board moved at the bottom and my feet were so unstable (when deadlifting, chest lift, etc). It should not lift up like that. Not to mention, they have horrible customer service. Since February, I’m still disputing the charge after I returned the product because I have not seen a refund to date.

Andrew you’re welcome! I was so exited to order this product. Stuck at home due to covid and I travel a lot for work I was so determined to make this work. The boards lifting make you unstable like you’re going to fall back, or when you pull up like it’s going to smack you in the face. The fabrics on the resistance bands gets stuck so you can’t have a clean pull and you’re not in control. I wanted so bad to love this because the concept was great 🙁
