FYI – do not mail back any returns to Macys. I ordered some sandals that were poor quality and since the closest store is 85 miles away, I mailed the return. They accepted the package on June 29th and I still do not have my refund. There is no way to contact them either. No phone number, no email, or no LiveChat due to the pandemic. I’m so over all this!
I second the issue with returns. There is absolutely no response. If you decide to order and then need to return, I suggest keep careful records. I misplaced the confirmation email concerning my return – it was a really difficult situation.
