Be careful about ordering from macys.com. If you are willing to wait for your order for a month plus then happy shopping to you. Otherwise just know that anything you order from Macy’s online has nothing to do with their store. You get no support from going to the store for anything you purchased at macys.com. It took me calling customer service and sending emails to find out where my father’s day gift for my husband was. It took 4 weeks for it to get delivered even though they give you an estimated arrival date that was three weeks earlier. At one point they shut down their customer service phone line and their emails came back with a reply saying due to covid-19 they are short-staffed and will not be answering emails or calls. This was not an isolated occurrence. My husband went to the same thing a month earlier when he ordered my mother’s day gift. I am a big fan of Macy’s but I absolutely do not like macys.com. They would get zero stars from me.

I have been ordering from Macy’s with no issues at all. I get an alert when it’s shipped and tracking number. No problem returning items also, I just go to the store. I purchased the mask based on the great reviews.

Thanks for posting! Great prices on both items and my order included a couple of free gifts, they make nice stocking stuffers for my girls. Macy’s has been having some great sales recently-I also bought some of the jewelry items you posted a few days ago. I have not had the shipping issues either, but I do expect things to take a little longer to arrive because of the impact the virus is having.
