To waive the handling fee (not the shipping) you need to purchase the $100 case, not quantity of 100.
The $100 case has 200 units.

Check Ebay. Purchased masks 50 pieces/box for $8.xx with free shipping. They have a lot of sellers selling masks for $8-$10/box with free shipping. Quality is good too.
I bought a box of 50 on eBay last week for only $5.98 plus tax. It took 4 days to get here. We have used them a few times and have no problems. They are as cheap as $6.88 now for a box of 50. Have a great day everyone!
