These Joy-Con controllers each have a full set of buttons and can act as a standalone controller. They include an accelerometer and gyro-sensor for independent left and right motion control! and you can use these two Joy-Con controllers independently in each hand, or together as one game controller when attached to the Joy-Con grip which is sold separately.

I needed some extra Joy-Cons for Mario Party and I went with these. I love the color combination and I now use these over my standard black ones all the time. Not much to say about these as they are genuine Nintendo brand joy-cons, just different colors.
I like having separate colors as it makes it easier for players to take a break and come back to find their controller. Everything was very responsive and the sticks were very smooth. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
