We got this wellie wisher doll last year from Costco. It looked like such a great deal! A few months after it was opened the legs fell off. Has this been anyone else’s experience? Not sure if we can have American girl doll hospital repair it or not if it was purchased from Costco. 🤷🏻♀️
Take it back! Costco will take anything back. You don’t even need a receipt. My 5 year old got her Doll when she was 2 and the legs are still in tact (bought at Barnes and Noble).

Same here! Purchased this Camille doll dec 2019 for my daughter and the leg fell of a few months later after gentle use. I tried to fix it but eventually it fell out again. Then the other leg fell off, then one of the arms. I researched online and it seems to be a common problem with these welliewisher dolls. The plastic breaks easily and not good quality. I went on the American girl website and sent an email for repair/replacement and I’m waiting to hear back. I saw so many posts on their website (1 star reviews) with the same…leg fell out problem. Looks like it’s a product defect. It’s such a darling doll and looks just like my daughter. I would return to Costco but we are still using the backpack and accessories. Maybe they would replace the entire thing but i know that the leg/arm would break eventually and i don’t want to go through that again. I don’t know…it’s an option but I’m not used to returning things. I think I’d prefer a credit/discount to buy a regular American girl doll. My other daughter has two regular dolls and they are much sturdier and durable.

My mother-in-law bought these WellieWisher dolls from Costco last Christmas for my daughter and my niece. Both dolls have held up wonderfully so maybe it depends to which store they came from.
