Hey, DJ! We were awarded the 500 points instantly when we did the quick quiz. You might try emailing customer service as it should be awarded to your account as soon as you take the quiz.

I took the survey a while back. Kept checking everyday for several days and never got the points.
Contacted customer service and they finally credited my account (fortunately I had taken a screenshot to show it was successfully completed).
I have tried to upload receipts today to get the free books. The site is just churning. Anyone else try lately?
Kathy try another browser. I find Firefox doesn’t work for me. I don’t have any trouble with Chrome or Microsoft.

How ironic…it always keeps churning on my phone and I have to upload the photos to my computer and submit using chrome. 🙂
I took the quiz last night but didn’t see the points credited until this morning so not instant but I did get my points.
my account was connected to facebook but now that log-in is gone (only twitter is left) and i cant get into my account 🙁

Keep both your email box above & kelloggs box (forgot what its called) open on top of your page, so you can go back & forth without closing the window. Then you can see the code that they email you. (Every time you try to log in, they will send you a new code) I already told them a password & now a code is too much!
