Hydration boost $9.99 same price after 50% off. Incorrect

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Whoops! Thanks for catching! Just fixed!

So, I’m not trying to be a jerk, but I’m really confused. If I got all 3 items, that would add up to $27.48 (before tax and without the 5% off for using my red card). I understand your deal gets the $10 gift card, but that’s like paying $3.90 for the gift card. I tried to add another item to get it over the $30 so I could get the full amount out of the gift card, but it didn’t matter on the website price-wise, so I don’t see how we are getting the deal the site claims we are getting. Is it just me being confused?

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Hmm, we did have a typo in a price, within that deal idea. I do find it to be valid at checkout, as listed in the post. Hoping this helps!

  3. Aude

I only bought 1 hydration boost and one collagen supplement and paid around 23 dollars shipped to me, plus getting the 10 dollars gift card.

    • Aude

Because the total is about 35 dollars before all discount.

I have two $14.99 items in my cart and .97 toothbrush. Subtotal is $30.83 and it shows the $10 GC but my total is still $21.90. If the items were $14.99 ea and they are 50% off it should be more like $17. What am I missing here?

    • Chelsey (Hip Sidekick)

Hey Cathy! When there is a Circle offer with a Gift Card offer, the Circle offer is adjusted down due to the gift card. The gift card is divided between each item and then subtracted from your total – then they apply the Circle offers. Hope that helps!

      • Cathy

Well that doesn’t seem right to me. So if I didn’t use the GC deal I would pay about $15 for both and WITH the $10 GC I would pay about $12 for both. Not the great deal I thought it would be. Thanks for the reply.
