I’m honestly amazed by the level of comfort of these little booties. Style-wise they are adorable; love the zippers in the back, too. Hi, Kohls Employee here, those brown boots in the main picture are Apt 9. I am not even sure we have boots in that brand right now. The tag says Apt 9 and box 843, a store associate would be able to tell you if these are in stock.

I have the Redfield boots and I agree that they’re very comfortable! They look equally cute with jeans or a dress, and I’ve worn them just about everywhere.

Wondering if anyone has advise for dealing with horrendous customer service from kohl’s. Bought $600 piece of furniture that arrived damaged and have spent hours on the phone and emailing so many associates and supervisors trying to return it and have been getting the run around for 6 weeks. I took advantage of the Office Depot 25% rewards on Kohl’s gift card, so another downside is if/when I do finally get a refund, it will be in a gift card I have to spend there. After the horrible customer service I’d never like to shop there again.
