I’m not one for heaping praise, but I do LOVE this pot! Specifically, I love the high side walls – I have a glass top cook stove, and it’s always getting spattered all over, then the splatter burns to the glass and is horrible to clean. This pot, with its high walls, greatly reduces cooking splatter! It is also extremely easy to keep clean. I’ve bought a second one I love it so much. Highly recommend.
An absolute dream pan for the kitchen! I actually have two such pans and wonder how I ever got by without them. They cook evenly and don’t burn in spots like some of my other pans. And the clean-up is the best part; it basically just wipes clean with no scrubbing. I LOVE it! It’s the very best pan you can buy!

Really loved my Gotham steel pan for about a year but then everything started sticking. But worked incredibly well before that!
I have a Copper Chef pan like this, I love it and use it alot, to cook on top than put in my oven. I wonder how this pan campares?
