This thing doesn’t last and customer service is horrible!!!
Thanks for the review. I’m looking for one for my 95 year old mom, as her upright vacuum is too heavy for her. I don’t want to spend a fortune so I thought maybe this would be good. I guess not!! 🙁
Ours lasted less than 3 mths and we bought it 3 mths earlier but our house was being built. So it stayed in the box for 3 mths. The customer service said they only have a 6 mths warranty and there was nothing they could do. It constantly got stuck on furniture and would just stop suction. It would get “lost” constantly and never make it back home. I ended up just tossing it in the trash. 😩
What’s a recommendation for a good one that doesn’t cost a fortune?
I would love a recommendation too!! Can you guys do the best of these vacuums, I hate to spend so much money on one of these.
