Hoka’s are 100% worth the money. They are the most comfortable sneakers I’ve ever owned and they literally “cured” my plantar fascitis. They aren’t the cutest shoes but I will buy these forever.

Has anyone ever switched from Brooks to Hoka? I need great arch support!

I tried and absolutely hated them. They killed my legs!

I did and will never go back. My feet weren’t made for running, they need the extra support. I had many injuries with Brooks and have not had 1 injury with my Hokas (been using Hokas for about 4 years now).

What are some of the models you’ve liked most?

My sister is an avid runner, runs everyday for a minimum of 9 miles, she swears by these shoes.

Bummer no colors in my size. Hope to find another deal with this brand.

I tried a model on sale at REI recently. They felt super loose on my ankles, like I was about to roll them. I felt like I needed a high top model to feel more stable. The thing is, they weren’t that big in the front part of my foot and I think they would have been uncomfortable in a size lower. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this experience and if you found a good model or went with a different brand all together? For me, I appreciate Ryka’s approach to make the front wider for women’s natural foot shape. However, the Ryka’s I’ve owned haven’t had the cushion I felt in the Hokas.
