These Christmas Classics are Returning to CBS this Year – Frosty the Snowman, Rudolph & More!
CBS has released a portion of its holiday programming schedule, and it includes several family favorites from over the years. The fun starts on Friday, November 27th and features a cast of characters including Frosty, Rudolph, and even Santa himself! Here’s a preview of what’s coming:
Friday, November 27
- 8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT: Frosty the Snowman – Narrated by Jimmy Durante and featuring the voices of Jackie Vernon (as Frosty) and Billy De Wolfe (as Professor Hinkle).
- 8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT: Frosty Returns – Narrated by Jonathan Winters with John Goodman as the voice of Frosty.
Saturday, November 28
- 8:00-8:30 PM, ET/PT: Robbie the Reindeer: Hooves of Fire – Robbie (voiced by Ben Stiller) must train to compete in the Reindeer Races to become a part of the sleigh team for Santa (voiced by Jim Belushi).
- 8:30-9:00 PM, ET/PT: Robbie the Reindeer: Legend of the Lost Tribe – Robbie (Ben Stiller) battles Blitzen (voiced by Hugh Grant) in an effort to stop his nemesis’s launch of a reindeer theme park. Also featuring the voices of Britney Spears, James Woods, Leah Remini, and Jerry Stiller.
- 9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT: The Story of Santa Claus – This musical holiday special tells the story of a gentle toymaker (voiced by Ed Asner) who hopes to deliver a toy to every child on Christmas. Also featuring the voices of Betty White and Tim Curry.
Tuesday, December 1
- 8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT: Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer – Narrated by Burl Ives, the story of Rudolph will be airing for the 56th consecutive year!

Im so glad to hear this. We were upset that The Great Pumpkin was sold to Apple TV this year. We missed not seeing it. Its sad that they do that to the kids
