After I bought one of these to try it out, I ended up buying 8 more. The sides are high enough to hold items in, but not so high that it is hard to get things in and out of the container. In my kitchen, these are the exact length of my pantry shelves, so they are ideal. I have used mine to sort all of my spices, oils, vinegars, and other small jars & bottles.
