I’M SO GLAD I BOUGHT IT! I’ve made bread almost every day, sometimes twice a day, because my family loves this bread so much! I copied recipes included with the machine in my handwriting so I could read them more easily. Please read all instructions carefully. This isn’t rocket science, but especially if you’re new to bread making, do read the booklet. At first I got the wrong kind of yeast, so the bread was quite dense. It was still tasty, just dense. Once I bought instant yeast, the bread was (for us) perfect! I love knowing there are no preservatives in my homemade bread, and it’s so much fun to play around with different flours and add-ins.
It’s a great machine, and the special price Amazon had, made it a steal. I’d still buy it at full price, however. It has saved us a ton of money on bread, and the delicious smell of fresh, baking bread, can’t be beat. Ready for some yummy fresh baked bread? Buy this machine!
