Just an FYI for anyone considering the Scruf A Luv, we got one for our daughter last year thinking it looked adorable on the package. We didn’t do a huge Christmas so that was honestly one of her “big” gift items. So first of all you have to get it wet from the get go to clean it up (which I get is the point of “rescuing” it) but it was an annoying wet mess from the beginning. Who wants to have a sopping wet stuffed animal to deal with in Christmas morning?! We tried to towel dry it and it was just ratty and gross looking. Then- my mistake- I tried to blow dry it thinking that would make it look cute and fluffy like the box. Ummmm no it like burned it’s hair or something. It was gross and looked like a several year old stuffed animal that needed to go to the garbage (which was where it ended up within a couple of weeks.) So just fair warning for anyone on the fence about it lol. I wouldn’t want another one for completely free.
