Check out these awesome reviews…

We’ve been very happy with their pressure cookers (4, 6 and 8 qt) and wanted a good multi-cooker to cover our slow-cooking needs. This offered sous vide which neither the All-Clad nor the Cuisinart had. We’ve got two sous vide immersion devices which work great but aren’t good for long, 24-hour (or more) jobs because of evaporation (you have to cover the pot with foil). Made some over-the-top ribs and there was no drop in the water level during the entire 24-hour period. Highly recommend!

I had waited to purchase this because I always wanted a sous vide cooker. It’s absolutely wonderful and I’m using the Sous Vide feature quite a bit. It’s stainless steel, very high quality and cleans up just like a stainless steel frying pan. A little elbow grease to make it shine but comes off pretty easily.

I bought two of these for our home last year on a similar deal. Just getting around to using one of them today…a couple hours ago.
Our temperamental oven decided to click off/trip the circuit mid cooking of the last dinner item…..cornish hens. I unboxed the Aura, washed it, and finished up the three cornish hens. Fall off the bone tender in roast mode. It saved the day.
