Anyone order from this company before?
I had ordered a canvas back in April. Gave me a shipping date of three weeks out. It never came so I contacted them. It wasn’t even in the process of being made. They told me it wouldn’t get done until weeks later. I canceled it since I had been patient for a month and there was no communication from the company regarding a delay.

I tried to order a canvas as a gift put in all my information and got stuck on the processing page which just gave me the spinning circle after 20+ minutes I gave up. I was worried for the security of my card. I checked my account for that store and it showed no order had been placed. I then went and checked my card and saw a charge from the website. But the website states no orders. I emailed the company but no response so far. Since no order was placed will the charge just disappear? Because on the website it shows no order placed but I got charged for one.
Generally, when I do that on a website, there’s a pending charge that drops off after a few days. But I would watch to make sure.
