   I purchased this mattress about 30 days ago to replace my Zinus mattress (which I love) and it is probably the worst mattress I’ve ever had. I’m not sure what these people leaving all of the 5 star reviews were sleeping on prior. I’m 140lbs and immediately upon laying down the mattress collapses and then all you hear are the springs crunching. And don’t even try with 2 people. As soon as my husband lays down it’s like an immediate taco! So buyer beware. I’ll be going back to my Zinus mattresses.

  If they are smaller kids they may be ok but I definitely would not recommend them for adults.

  did you have the Zinus memory foam mattress or the hybrid? I am getting my daughter a new bed/mattress and debating on a hybrid, but worried like you said you can feel/hear the springs, or just doing all memory foam. wasn’t sure if zinus was better as a hybrid?

  I have the green tea memory foam. Haven’t tried the hybrid but I want to. Between my friends and I we have about 10 of the green tea zinus mattresses and they are incredible. I was looking to purchase another but wasn’t finding a good sale so this one came on sale and I decided to take a chance at it and it unfortunately was pretty bad. Kicking myself in the behind cuz I’m going to have to toss this one and just buy the zinus. But, ya win some and ya lose some I suppose. Haha

  Thank you! I got my older daughter a memory foam one last year for an amazing price and she LOVES it! can’t remember what brand and can’t find it on my past orders so wanted to find a good one for my other daughter. Thanks for the info! think I will stick to memory foam.

   I bought 3 last year for my 3 boys for Christmas and they LOVE them. They age from 8-17 and are big tall guys. Would by again.

   I purchased a king size bed and had no issues at all. We also purchased same for our kids. I actually love ours that we even upgraded to a bigger size.

   I have this same mattress . I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. I AM A SIZE 20 PLUS SIZE WOMAN 5’4 . It’s so comfortable doesn’t sink in like my old memory foam one . This hybrid is the best of both worlds .

   I ordered a king and I am so unsure of my decision. Has anyone had to return? How is customer service? Luckily it was only $220 but I am hopeful it will work out.
