I got my $5 reward, entered it, and the $5 was taken off of my final total before I paid. When my confirmation email came, the $5 was not taken off. Did not work.
Hi Sheila, I just checked my order confirmation and it does not show the discount on mine either as it’s not a coupon but part of your payment. It should be reflected correctly on whatever payment method you used though.
