I have this. I’ve used it rarely for a year and a half and it just started acting up a couple months ago (alternating between cold and hot without me switching the button and shooting out sparks/electricity). I wrote to them and they were really prompt to write me back, honoring the warranty and sending me a new one. I haven’t gotten it yet so maybe it will last longer than the last one but I don’t think I would buy this hairdryer again. I’d probably try my luck with a different one. Hope this helps anyone 🙂
I’ve tried Revlon, Conair, hot tools, and probably a few other brands. All last about 1-2 years if that. And I use it only a few times a month.
