my Walgreens has consistently not given me my coupons when they print. They throw them in the waste basket. The last time I asked she said” you expect me to go through the trash?”
Customer service has gone down hill for sure.
I order online for pickup in the store from the store stock ( not ship to store). They have given me the register rewards with the receipt. The advantage is the cheaper online price plus the printed register rewards. If you order online for a ship to store there is no register rewards but you do get a 25% off full-price items coupon for use in the store at the day of pickup. There are ups and downs for each method. If for any reason you don’t get the register rewards call 1-800-Walgreens
