Note that while the website states that this wristlet can fit an iPhone or Android, many reviews state otherwise. If that’s a big selling point for you, I would definitely suggest looking for something a little bit bigger to accommodate a cell phone.

    It’s been over 7 days, they haven’t shipped my order yet, when called d cc, as I didn’t receive any mail regards d order n no details of it in my a/c , she said it’s not shipped yet n is there in d warehouses in processing status
    She couldn’t even tell me when it’s gonna ship, she just said I don’t know- poor cc they don’t have a answer to anything , n just kept quiet as if dump for questions asked
    I am just worried, hope to get my order soon as I need to gift them to the teachers

    I ordered on roughly Nov 11th and last shipping update I have is from Nov 17th, saying it was given to the local post office. I sat on hold for over 20 min today waiting to talk to someone and couldn’t wait anymore. Idk where my stuff is or when it will be here. Yay!

      Update, the last tracking Coach says it has is from the 13 of Nov. They have now given me 3 options. Merch credit, reship with signature, or reship to different address. They will definitely not be where they need to by Christmas now. I’m also not seeing the original items I’ve purchased online anymore. So I’m waiting on confirmation on that. I won’t be doing this again. Best of luck H2Savers

        …update again, I STILL haven’t gotten my items. I only have ONE email back from them to my original inquiry. I’ve sent 4 other emails asking where my stuff is and one final one today demanding my money back on my card. This is insane and I wont ever be ordering from here again. I sat on hold multiple days in a row for hours trying to even talk to anyone, I still haven’t ever gotten anyone one on the phone. I’m not mad at H2S but this is ridiculous, I ordered in early Nov. Never again.

          SO very sorry to hear about this, Amber. I did find this customer service number if you wanted to try calling them – “1-800-307-0040”.

          I also found this message listed on the customer service page –
          “We know you’re looking forward to your order, and we’re working to get it to you as quickly as possible. Due to increased order volume and heightened safety measures in our warehouses, your order might be slightly delayed. We’ll email your tracking number once it ships. Thank you for your patience and for shopping with Coach this holiday season.”

          Hoping this is resolved for you real soon!

    Just a heads up, I ordered a wristlet on 11/19 and the order status still shows that it’s being processed. I had ordered another wristlet a couple of days before that but I never received an order confirmation. I e-mailed customer service about it, and it took days for them to reply that they had no record of my purchase.

    These coach products are cheap second hand stuff. They definitely don’t last very long at all or look like quality items. Mine only last a couple of months and my real coach stuff is still in good shape from many.. years ago. I don’t use it though bc I use a different size purse now.
    The shipping is a joke and it takes forever.
    Coach states on this website that products are only made to last a year max.
    I made a post on here before about this and someone told me about these being second hand. I had no clue.
    Thought I’d share.

      They are not second hand but they may be returns. Also they design lower quality items to ONLY sell at the outlet.

        They are made for the outlets. Still a good option if you want the coach label for a good price.

    On the last I got 3 one for each on my daughters, $20 each, I took them to the mall to personalized them with their initials and they wanted to charge me $20 for each 🙄 Any ideas on how I can get them personalized without spending the same or more than what I paid for them TIA!

    It’s from the coach factory, but still seems decent to me. My only disappointment is that it does NOT fit an iphone11 w case on.

      I was about to post same thing! Super disappointed it won’t fit iPhone 11 and shipping takes forever!

    I ordered these and shipping is SLOW. Also I almost call it more of a wallet than wristlet. Coach advertised that it fits Android and iPhone. My iPhone XR does NOT fit. Perhaps an old iPhone 3 might but not sure how they can say that it fits iphones. They are very cute though, but in my opinion useless if it doesn’t fit your phone.

      Be careful. My lg android 5.45″ inches got stuck in this 6″ wristlet. Almost cut the wristlet open to get the phone out. Maybe a little 4″ phone from 2008 might fit. Lol

    I will not buy from Coach after last year’s customer service. I had ordered a wristlet with a 30 percent off coupon. After a week or I got an email saying it was not in stock. I called to see if they would let me place another order and get the same wristlet in a different color and they refused to honor the coupon. I don’t think the outlet quality is that great either.

    I too was taken in by this deal because I have teenage daughters. I never received the order, it is lost somewhere. When I finally called Coach after UPS and USPS have exhausted their search they refunded me only the price of the wrist-let and not the tax. They said they can not refund tax. Is that the most ridiculous thing you have ever heard? I hope Hip2Save will not post “deals” from this site anymore.

    I am disappointed it’s been 2 weeks, my order is not been shipped yet, I was put on hold for almost 45 min to get a hold of CC. Only to find out it’s still processing 😳

      I’ve been waiting almost 3 weeks and today my order went from “processing” to “order not found”. 😕 All I know is that I won’t be ordering from them again..
