I rarely leave reviews, but this product is SO amazing that I just have to share my happiness with other people. After having the Skybell for over a year, we decided it was finally time to throw in the towel after many issues. The audio and video on the Ring Pro are so clear and crisp. The motion sensor is amazing! It works, almost too good lol. Which I am not complaining about! You can adjust the sensitivity and select certain “zones” that you’d like to have motion picked up and recorded from. It comes with 4 different colored faceplates, that you can choose from to match the color of your home.
It comes with 2 different wedge base plates to accommodate different angles for your front door, which we had to purchase separately when we had the Skybell. It also comes with a masonry bit for easy installation into brick. The install and set up is so easy that a caveman can do it! Thank you again for making such an AMAZING product Ring! I will most certainly be adding more devices to our Ring family in the near future!
