Money well spent! The picture quality and Dolby Atmos sound put you into theater mode. I love this player so far and I forgot to say how quiet the player is not like a loud garbage disposal.

This works great. Besides just being a UHD Blu-Ray player, the front USB port will also work with external hard drives. I rip my DVD and Blu-Ray collection down to a hard drive for convenience, and I can attach my USB hard drive to the front port and watch the DVDs and BluRays through this player.

This is an excellent budget 4K UHD player. It is really easy to set up, and easy to use. I was looking for a budget 4K UHD player that could also upscale normal blu-rays to 4K. It supports HDR10 and Dolby Atmos, so your media can look and sound great. I’ve played a handful of 4K and Blu-rays through this, from multiple distributors, and the blu-rays have all looked at least better than on a normal Blu-ray player.

If you’re into boutique blu-ray distributors such as Criterion, Arrow or Vinegar Syndrome, they will look incredible with the upscaling giving the movies sharper visuals, and the already high resolution of these releases looking great anyway. One thing to note is that this does NOT have any form of internet connectivity, so if you’re looking for one that can also play Netflix or Hulu, this is not the one for you.
