I’ve searched and searched and can’t find the Shea Moisture coupon. I even typed it in the search box. I also looked in the beauty section and there were other shampoo/conditioner coupons. When you go to the qualifying products it says there is a $5/off coupon but when I try to add the coupon it says coupon is unavailable at this time

Yay! I tried that earlier and it saved the bogo 50 but I didn’t see the coupon. However, when I add to cart, the coupon does pop up. woot!

I just clipped the coupon so it should be available. Walgreens has technology glitches often so it could be trying later will help. Make sure the app is updated. Search first for a SheaMoisture product and than clip the coupon from that screen. Also check your local Sunday newspaper RMN insert for this coupon. If you have myWalgreens rewards purchase the paper with those points at Walgreens. Coupons vary from locale to locale.

Do an online order for free ship to store instead of free pickup. Look through until you find items where it is possible. It’s listed on the description.

Yes the prices will vary from store to store though. Online prices are always cheaper. For the best price if a store pick up isn’t possible do an online and choose free ship to store. When you get the email telling you it is ready for pickup there will be an offer for 25% off full priced items when you pick up your order—usually at the photo counter. Shipping is taking awhile these days though. Not all items will be a free ship to store either-check item descriptions. Check the app for in stock availability before you go.

It got cancelled at the store. I was trying to reorder it at a different store, but it says my coupon was used. Also says that the thing I ordered is only available online now. Super weird. I’m on hold with Walgreens, so we’ll see what happens. Thanks for the advice!

Go to the actual coupon and click on “see details”. A list of all the items that this coupon applies to will pop up. Is the one in your cart there? Not every SheaMoisture will qualify for the coupon. If it is eligible than call 1-800-Walgreens and just get them to do the order for you.

My all time favorite is the blueberry shampoo/leave in conditioner. That stuff is heavenly. Unfortunately it looks like it is sold out. The coconut hibiscus detangler is excellent. My granddaughter and daughter both use it

Well no that doesn’t sound right. First make sure that the item you bought was actually eligible for the coupon. Click on “see details” on the coupon. If the product you bought is eligible and the coupon didn’t come off call 1-800-Walgreens. Have your receipt ready. Customer service will look up your receipt and make it right. If you didn’t keep your receipt check your account for the digital receipt. Now if it is not eligible than return it at the store and get your money back so you can try again. Also when you were at store did you scan your card or key in your phone number? I like store pickup much better than I thought I would because you get an online price while making sure the digitals come off and it’s quick. I’m rooting for you.

Theres also a $3 off 2 neutrogena products. I looked through the items that were eligible and the travel size wipes are 2 for $4 which makes the price just $1 for 2 wipes. Tax and all for me was $1.38. I choose pick up at store so it was free. Great stocking stuffer!

I was able to find Shea Moisture Virgin Coconut oil hair conditioner on clearance for $5.79. To my surprise, the BOGO half off worked in addition to the $5.00 coupon making each 13 oz bottle only $1.84!
I just gave up. I wanted to cuss my head off – was not worth all that.
I loaded the coupon just fine yesterday. A paper version showed up in my newspaper insert too. Plus my wags had a lot of these on clearance and the promotion applied on top of that.
