Thank you! We’ve had trouble finding it and my husband takes it daily.
You’re welcome, Casey! Glad we could help you grab it!
Costco also has this product in a larger bottle for approx $12 for 400 tabs shipped.
Thanks for the helpful suggestion, Evelyn!
If I’m reading the reviews correctly, you are not supposed to take this daily or it will cause other issues? Is it o.k. to take it for a while and then stop? I’m so confused. 🙂
If you get Covid like our house did you can go up to 250 mg (but we couldn’t get pass 100mg)without getting nauseous and sick. I can take 30 mg and during the Covid I was able to take 60 mg but I get sick off of it. It does make your hair fall out as a side effect. Personally I would speak to your dr as we spoke to several and they all had about the same thing to say. Upon release of er was told to take d3,b12,zinc, and a good probiotic. Which we have been on since March.
Please be careful, Elemental Zinc and Zinc as a salt form (Zinc Sulfate as an example) are dosed differently. COVID dosing is 50mg of elemental Zinc daily. That would be one of the tablets shown. They are hard on the stomach, so please take with food. (Legal Drug Dealer for over 20 years)
It depends on how many mgs. I think you should not exceed 50mgs in one day. If you take other supplements or food with zinc, you have to add in.
Once in a while I play it safe and take 1/2 of the pill.
It is important and to research as every body and everyones needs are different. Too much turmeric was raising my liver enzymes!
