These are great deals for some but not for me. With 17 to 19 grams of sugar per bar, I need to stay far away from eating these for quick energy. Others should be aware that they have more natural ingredients but have a lot of sugar in them.
Can you recommend a good protein bar that doesn’t have a lot of sugar?
Oatmega and Think bars tend to be lower sugar, but always check the label.
