I am SO far behind in finally using this product. The rest of the world is correct: it’s a revelation. These sheets are a little bit smaller than a half-sheet pan; however, I’m fine with that as it’s easy to adjust. I have a set of sheet pans graduated in size, so these work even better in those. No more cutting ragged edges and reverse rolling the parchment to try to get it to lie even somewhat flat so that I can start putting things on it.
And, of course, it’s Reynolds parchment, so the quality and usefulness for baking and roasting is without question! It’s about time I bought these!
