This is sooo lightweight compared to my old sun lamp which weighed about 3 lbs, this is a feather – so I am able to bring it anywhere easily, it’s Approx the size of an iPad. The light benefits were felt immediately.
Great product, it has really helped my husband with the dark winters. It’s very stylish like something you would find at IKEA and the timer is great because you don’t have to worry about turning it off when you’ve had enough. I love this product, it fits in my purse so I can take it anywhere. Great buy
The photos don’t do it justice! It’s soooo bright! It a perfect “natural” light to use for putting on makeup and it’s perfect for “adding sunlight” to a room with little natural lighting. It’s very thin and easy to transport. It’s about to size of an iPad. I highly recommend it!!

I don’t understand. Can’t you just save $23 and go outside instead?
Not when u live in Alaska an have only have 4 hours of light a day 😊
I thought the same but my teen son has been battling depression since COVID restrictions isolated him this summer. He went from isolation to a break up to a month long illness. I can’t get him to go outside for vitamin D and fresh air for anything but this kind of light therapy he may go for. I’m considering it even though I wish he’d just go outside instead!
Hugs to you and your son.
Hi Aggiejen, I’m also a mother of a teen so I feel for you. Not sure where you live but we’re up in Michigan and my Functional medicine Dr. said it’s crucial for us to take a high quality vitamin D supplement especially during the winter months. It really makes a huge difference in how we feel considering most Americans are deficient in vitamin D no matter where you live in the US. I’m not a Dr. just thought I would share what I’ve learned in hopes maybe it could help your son! We use Vitamin D drops as we feel they are absorbed better. Take care
Ok those reasons make sense! We live in MS where the UV index is high year round. 😅🥵
You must live where it’s warm. Hard to go out for extended amounts of time when it’s below freezing with high winds just about every day… I’m miserable just waiting for my kids bus for 10 min twice a day.
Yes it’s warm here! I spoke out of ignorance. ❤️
I have had mine for 4 weeks now and can positively say that it has helped me. I have it sitting beside my computer and have it on for 30-45 minutes while I do morning e-mails. Depression, especially right now is very real for many people. It definitely is worth a try, if it can help in any way.
Thanks a ton for your feedback! Super glad to hear it has been helpful!

Oh darn! The code still applies for me at checkout. Maybe try once more in a different browser. Hoping it works for you soon!
Ive been assisting a neuropsychiatrist writing articles about the potential benefits of light therapy for post covid brain fog. It can also be beneficial for seasonal affective disorder, chronic illness, aging, TBI, etc. Light therapy helps the brain’s immune cells and mitochondria (which is the energy neurons need to function), it creates new arterial growth, and increases synapse function (where neurons exchanged messages). There has been upcoming research on mitigating Alzheimer’s issues in mice with a combination of light and sound therapy. More research is needed but considering light therapy is non invasive and easily done at home, it could be a good option for many. After this work, I use one for 10 minutes a day at my desk myself 🌞.
Thank you for commenting! It sure made me think how helpful this could be!
Wow! Thanks for sharing this amazing information Saraneedscoupons.. very interesting. I swear my light therapy makes a huge difference in how I feel combined with my Vitamin D it’s a lifesaver!
