This product is fantastic for athletes. It has really helped our daughter that plays softball. She often has sore ankles and feet. We tape her up before each game and this makes a HUGE difference! I also suffer from Plantar Fascitis and taping my feet helps a lot as well.
There are many uses for this tape. Research Kinesio taping methods and you find a lot of useful info.
