This squat rack has a heavy duty frame and can support up to 805 pounds. The pull-up bar is adjustable and reversible with eight placement options. There are safety latches that can help if you’re squatting and don’t have a spotter and they can be adjusted on the rack depending on your height.

Weights can be stacked on the frame to add more stability and it can fit up to a 7-foot Olympic bar. Plus, resistance band pins on each side allow you to use bands during your workout and give you more versatility. Note that this is just the rack, weights and bands are not included.

Reviewers are loving this squat rack!

I am extremely pleased with this rack for the cost. Was looking for just a squat rack now that I’m not heading back to the gym anytime soon and this got great reviews and was in stock so I purchased it. I didn’t even realize that there is a pull-up bar too! I can also bench press, which is another added bonus. Very sturdy, relatively easy to put together, smaller footprint for a home gym, and it is easy enough to slide if you need to move it.

To start off, the assembly was a piece of cake. I am not somebody who is the handiest person to have regarding assembling bulky items but I did it alone and it took me just over an hour and a half. Pretty impressive for something as versatile as this. The usage is fantastic. It’s amazing to have a rig that was at this price and can allow you to do pull ups, manage a load of about 800 pounds, has band pegs to add resistance bands and weight storage. If you can devote about 40 ft.² for a rack, there is probably nothing better out there which I would consider high quality and at this price!
