Are kids doing traditional VDay exchange this year?
Check with your child’s school, each one is doing it differently.
Who knows. My boys are still at home. The teachers do supplies pick ups every now and then and I’m tempted to ask, but things would probably get complicated if some 25+ students want to do that. I want my boys safe, but I feel bad they are missing out on these simple experiences. I have a 1st grader and Kindergartener.
We’re at home, too, Mama. I also feel pretty tore up that they’re missing things like this. I feel like (with a lot of effort) I’m doing a good job of the education, but simple things like this they won’t get back.
we have been in person learning since aug and my kid’s school is not doing vday exchange
Were at home but our teacher said they will be doing an exchange and I thought boy what a mess that’s going to be. ☹️
We are in person and doing an exchange but no food items.
