The only items that I see a $2 coupon on are the ones that are not $3.99 but are like $6.99. Or does that differ between accounts?
Make sure you’re clicking through. Some only show the $1 coupon on preview, but when you click on the product, the $2 coupon is available as well. For me, the $2 coupon appears on these:

It must be by select account. I have not bought Crest this month, and I only have $1 coupon available. The $2 coupon is for the more expensive variety, like the $6.99 ones.
@stacy – I tried shopping for the specific ones you listed an none had the $2 when I added them to my cart.
Can register rewards be used for online shopping? I’m also trying understand Walgreens cash (this is something different, right?). What can I use it on? Does it work on sale items or items I use coupons for? Can I only use $5 at a time? I’m trying but it seems like Walgreens deals never work out the way I think they will. Right now I have RR and Walgreens cash and I’m quarantined so would like to use them for curbside pickup but having issues applying them.
Hey beanie! Register rewards are paper coupons so they can only be used in-store. Walgreens Cash is new and replaced Balance Rewards points. Those are digital rewards that you can use to pay online or in-store. They do work with curbside pick-up. Walgreens Cash can be used on most purchases but excludes some items like gift cards, alcohol, lottery, etc. You can use less than $5. You can redeem $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10, $20, or $50 increments.
Keep in mind that if you use your Walgreens Cash to pay on a deal that says spend $x amount of dollars, get $XX rewards, you will not get any rewards back. BUT, if a deal says buy # of items, get $X back, you can totally spend your walgreens Cash and still earn more Walgreens cash.

does opting for curbsite pickup still generate a RR when I pickup in store even though I paid online?
Yes! That should still work. You can always double check with customer service to be sure.
Has anyone had issues with your digital coupons not working? I went to get the Crest deal and my coupons didn’t come off. This is the second time my digital coupons have not worked.
It has happened to me several times and the managers have had to manually credit me. They see it loaded and the right product and amount. I have told corporate but have really bad issues.
