Check out the genius way our Sidekick, Stacy, uses this item…

I use these Photo Keepers to store all of our card games and smaller games that came in bulky boxes. It saves a ton of space, offers better protection for our games than the flimsy paper boxes they usually come in, plus I just love all the bright colors! It has also come in handy during vacations as an easy way to transport some of our favorite games to play during downtimes!

Has anyone used these for 4″x6″ photo storage? I read the reviews and can’t decide. Great price if it works. I have so many photos…want to divide them so that my children have copies of each other growing up. (Purging … haha)

    • Scheckysgirl

I just completed two of these cases for our photos. Love it! I’m buying two more cases.

      • mia

        Thank you!

    • Tina Thomas

I bought one I love it. Helped me separate and organize all the many photos I have.

    • LS

I use this for my photos. Love it!

  2. Kymm

People in my garden group use these when they collect seeds from their flowers and store in these from year to year. Of course, the seeds need to be dry first.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

How neat! Thanks for the suggestion!

  3. Mrs T

What about for Lego’s? Been trying to find a good storage item for all of those colorful, annoying pieces😂.

    • Peaches

I don’t think these cases would work for Legos unless you only have a few. The individual cases inside are only about an inch wide. I do have a couple of these cases for buttons and small craft items in my sewing room.

    • Kristie

I have a couple of these for other uses, but they would work well for the small, single pieces that end up deep down in my carpet.

    • Brandy

Mrs. T, my daughter uses this for her Legos. She has 2 cases. She uses them to separate the little pieces like food, flowers, animals, heads, torsos, fences, etc. She uses an old toy storage rack with plastic bins to store her lego bricks (by color; her choice). This organization set up works great for her. With these cases; she can always find that “special” piece (as opposed to wading through 1 deep bucket or bag). For this price I’m getting 2 more for future Lego set growth. 😁

  4. No

I’m separating photos for my 5 children and this works great. The only problem ( it’s not the case) is I think I know what subject I want in one and then change my mind after going through more pics.

    • Lisa

Too ironic… My husband and I have made that our winter’s/pandemic’s mission… we are going through all of our hard photos, sorting them by month/year, and then going to a friend’s house (they have a very nice photo scanner), and going to scan them all, copy on to a flash drive and make 3 copies, one for us and one for each kiddo. We have so many bad photos. It is so refreshing cleaning out… the one good thing about this pandemic.

      • No

You made me lol. You’re so right, I look at some of the pictures and can’t imagine what I was thinking! Such bad outfits or hair! I still enjoy them! Good luck it’s a big job

  5. Kathleen

I use these for organizing my seeds, they are great!

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Happy to hear they have worked well for seeds!

  6. everybodyluvsmonkeys

This is a great price. I bought this 2 weeks ago for my seeds for 14.99 at Michaels. I may have to get another one!

  7. Kat

These are wonderful. I have 4 of them and separated all of my photos for my boys as well as all of our family photos have come out of albums and put in these with labels on each individual 4×6 case so you know whose photos are in each. Example-family vacation….aunts, uncles, family reunions.

  8. annu-0

U can apply other coupons too on this price. They usually send these coupons in email .like i used 40% off one item.coupon and 15% off all purchase including sale items.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

SWEET! Thanks for the helpful comment! Did you find that offer in a recent email?

      • annu-0

        Yes.

      • annu-0

I usually receive 3 to 3 email per day and they all coupons ..i store them in the wallet and use them accordingly. So final price comes always cheaper .

  9. Kay

I bought mine at a Walmart 1-2 years ago for $9. Put it in my girls’ Rainbow Room. They r currently using for beads.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thank you for giving us this idea! Sounds perfect!

  10. Cindy

Just received the Hammacher Schlemmer catalogue in the mail today. The back cover has this same item for $39.95 plus shipping! Just bought 2 from Michael’s!

  11. Stacy

Thank you sooo much for this post! I’ve been thinking about these for a while and I had $25 in rewards so all I paid was a little over $7 for shipping, since they were out of stock at all my local stores.

  12. Patti

They’re out of stock online, both colors.

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Thanks, Patti! I do see the rainbow one is still in stock if you would like to look again!

      • Patti

I ordered the rainbow and just got an email cancelling my order. Don’t think they’ve updated the website.
