This is the ideal cold brew coffee maker. I love the design of the part that holds the coffee grounds – by making that part removable, it is so easy to dispose of the grinds, and not over-steep the coffee. The mesh is also super fine and doesn’t seem to let any grit through to the coffee. I’ve run all the pieces through the dishwasher several times, and they are holding up just fine.

I bought this brewer because of the plastic holder that helps protect the fragility of the glass insert. I am very pleased with it. I was concerned it wouldn’t make enough coffee for several days, but the capacity is actually quite sufficient for 3 days so I don’t have to make a new pot every day. It is easy to use and fits in the frig nicely. Simple, easy to use, and cleans up easily!
