    I ordered mine and after about 30 minutes I got an email saying my order was cancelled, and they didn’t give me back my -$4 off coupon. 🙁

      Oh darn! Maybe call in to customer service as they have been able to help with that in that past, in order to grab that savings for your next qualifying order.

      Morgan, I sometimes get that annoying “null” message when using my phone. It usually happens when attempting to delete items from my cart or trying to save them for later. Even if it is out of stock, it won’t allow me to delete the item. When I switch to a laptop, it goes away and I can delete the item or save it for later. I guess it is something wonky with Wags’ website on mobile devices. You also might want to make sure that the item is actually in stock or available at your store. HTH and Good Luck!
