The portable blood oximeter is simply too good! The display color looks good, the contrast is clear, simple, and direct, the readings show both the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation, and it’s all extremely fast! The buttons at the bottom of the screen can convert to landscape or portrait for easy reading. Very great!
The device itself is very simple, light and small. The display is also very intuitive. Blood oxygen saturation and heart rate are two separate items, which can be displayed in just a few seconds, and the value is updated in real-time! Once you take out your finger, it can shut down automatically. Maybe it is designed to save power.

Thank you! I have donated a few as part of COVID19 care packages, along with the wipes I keep seeing posted. People really appreciate them.
Thanks so much for donating to your community, EM!
Great price. Many yrs ago I paid $50.00 for mine. Still is working well and I use it everyday.
Just ordered thank you!
You are so welcome, Kara!
I bought this in December. Covid pneumonia hit us in January. I cannot recommend this pulse ox. It has been completely unreliable. Taken several times it gives completely different readings. It was reading pulse rate over 200 when it was really around 70. After a month of use we have to fight to even get a reading at all. When I was an EMT I bought a decent one for around $70. That one works great and gives an instant correct reading. Maybe we just got a defective device.
Thank you so much for your honest review. I’m sorry this did not work for you especially while you were sick. Our thoughts are with you and hope you are well soon.
I have been looking for this for my PT clinic!!! Thx

Got one thank you! We had one but gave to son and daughter-in-law so this was great timing!
You are welcome! I’m glad you could get one for yourself, Laura!
I read an article about a doctor noticing that oximeters don’t always work properly when it is on a finger that has nailpolish on it (as shown in the picture). The light it emits to do the reading can be inhibited by the paint. I think more people should be aware of this!
Thanks for the tip!!
