Works great! I’ve had it for a little over a year and it’s been holding up great. Resistance bands are well made and hold up well and haven’t shown any signs of wear and tear. Nice design and really easy to get started!

I did not like this at all and returned it. The customer service was horrible and it was cheaply made. The concept is great but I felt like it was going to snap at any time. Also there is no way of knowing the amount of weight in the resistance. They ended up over charging me and even when I had proof I had to fight to get a refund.
