I’ve personally a stainless steel chain mail cast iron cleaner and scraper via Amazon for a while now, and I’m happy to report back that it does a great job of easily grabbing hard to remove particles from cast iron skillets, griddles, grill pans, and dutch ovens.
The best part is it won’t scrape away your seasoned coating on the pan and the chain itself is easy to rinse clean and dishwasher safe.

Awesome! Thanks a ton for the recommendation!
There is a set of 2 of these on Amazon that is really great for $9 ! I have them and love them. They are 4 x 4 which is so easy to handle
Oh cool! Thanks for sharing with us, Linnie!
Mine fell apart, and a few of the links got caught in my disposal and jammed it up. While it was efficient at cleaning, I’m not sure it is worth potentially breaking my disposal.
Oh no! SO sorry to hear it fell apart. Thanks for sharing your experience!
