I have the Crosswave. I love it! No more sweeping with a broom and messy bin then mopping with a microfiber mop and scrubbing stubborn areas. I have this and love,love, love 💕 it!!! The only thing I recommend is do not forget to empty the front dirty water container…it’s easy to do but if you leave it “until next time” when it’s fuller, phew, you’ll be sorry!!! 😆

I have no carpet in my house I own this and love it! I use the floor cleaner from smart and final and water as a cleaning solution it works like a charm. Cleaning it is gross especially if there is a ton of hair wish that was easier but other than that it works great!

Love!!!! (I am a cleaning device addict though and love gifts such as this or a new vacuum!) I have this one. I’ve had it for about a year. Picks up all little crumbs and dog hair. I seriously think it does as good of a job as me cleaning the floor on my hands and knees! I do grab a wet paper towel and get under the lip of the fridge and stove, but I’d have to do it anyway. I just purchased the Crosswave Max about a month ago. I love the rechargeable capability and the ability to run without having a cord to get tangled up in. The dirty water reservoir has a little strainer which keeps the hair and crumbs together to make it easier to throw in the trash and dump the water out without clogging something up. All in all, I love both, the Max is about $150 more, but we have a lot of floor to cover and it runs about 30 minutes on a charge. And, no, I’m not getting rid of the regular CrossWave. I just took it downstairs to clean the floor down there and I don’t have to tote it up and down steps anymore.

I have this and LOVED it at first. When my son started walking and eating, and dragging dirt and grass from outside, I saw its true capabilities. It does not pick up cereals or objects as big as cheerios. Does not do well at scrubbing floors. I have to mop after it to get a really good clean. I only use it for a quick pick up but do end up mopping later in the day. I guess its good for in between cleans. If you’re looking to replace your mop, this is not the one.

I have to agree. I loved this when I had darker floors and couldn’t see how clean it was really getting. Now I have light colored linoleum and it leaves dirty streaks all over. I do have 3 big dogs that are in and out all day so my floor can get pretty dirty, I just never noticed before how much the CrossWave was leaving behind. It is very convenient since it vacuums at the same time but I still have to go over the floors with a rag after the CrossWave. (I have the pet CrossWave)

I’ve owned this since it first came out and have cream colored tile. I mean, it’s pretty old. Sounds like something is wrong with yours – mine does not leave dirty streaks except at the end when I shut it off and what didn’t get sucked up in the foot/roller puddles on the floor, which is super annoying. I generally like it, but the squeegee on the bottom is toast after this many years and Bissel told me that wasn’t a replaceable part without taking it to a repair shop 😒 I had to improvise and cut one to fit, but I’m still salty about that since it’s just a piece of rubber and it should be expected that it will wear out. I’m looking at the Tineco vac/mop as a replacement since I’ve read it’s easier to clean too.
